Take beer to your local motor shop, or talk to them, dont be a pain and get them psyched about your project.  I’ve heard good stories, but never done this mysself. I just ordered a replacement furnace blower fan motor (over $100 retail when sold by the local tech school dropout…sorry I’m sure there are good HVAC Surplus Center 1-800-488-3407  I wish I were financially involved. Harold Barker had a 1 Ph 10 hp motor TEFC at his place last time I was there.  He wanted $200 for it.  The picture in your mind is nowhere as big as this was. Vince
